    Interesting, but it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to show this. Brad’s videos tend to be too long. He can explain everything in half the time, if he wasn’t clowning around so much.

    I raise ducks and geese. First time I cracked a goose egg I hit it on the side of a Pyrex glass pan. The pan broke. The egg didn’t. Yeah...not all egg shells are the same.
    On a side note I did this sort of cured egg yolk with some of my duck eggs and it turned out good. It was pretty fun to. I really should do it again.
